The Black Charro

The Charro Negro is a figure in Mexican folklore who appears as a rider dressed entirely in black, associated with the devil or a damned soul. According to legend, he manifests himself on lonely roads during the night to offer wealth, money, or favors in exchange for the soul of the one who accepts his deal.
